This page is the short version of who we are, how we price and where we drive.
Who We Are
A small licensed team, no named owner and no front counter. You deal with the plumber who does the work, from the first phone call to the last fitting tightened.
Our patch in three lines:
The ground
a narrow old ridge, with the convict-built windmill of 1828 still standing in Observatory Park above it all.
The housing
converted cottages, medical suites on Wickham Terrace and apartment blocks stacked several to a title.
The customers
at the last census the median age here was 32, and most homes are rented, so plenty of our quotes go to tenants, agents and landlords rather than owner-occupiers.
How We Work
Three rules cover almost every job:
A fixed quote before any work starts
You see the price in writing and approve it before we pick up a tool.
Lifetime Labour Warranty
Every job is handled by a licensed plumber under QBCC No: 15024607, and the labour has a lifetime labour warranty.
Card and EFTPOS on site
Pay on the day, once you have checked the work. Nothing to chase later.
Something going wrong right now? The emergency plumbing page covers the first moves, and the contact page lists what to have ready when you ring.
Where We Work
The ridge itself, plus the suburbs on either side of it: Herston, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane City and Petrie Terrace.
The full service list lives on the home page: emergency plumbing, general plumbing, drainage and hot water.

Questions About the Business
Call (07) 3067 4289Who actually turns up to do the work?
One of our own licensed plumbers arrives and carries the job from quote to finish, because every booking is worked by our team rather than passed on to strangers from a call centre.
What licence covers the jobs?
QBCC No: 15024607 covers plumbing and drainage and gasfitting, so the water pipes, the sewer and stormwater lines and the gas work on your property all sit under the one licence.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We work this ridge plus Herston, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane City and Petrie Terrace, and the lanes and steep streets between them all sit on our regular run every week.
Do you give the price before starting?
Yes, every job gets a fixed quote in writing before any work starts, so you approve the figure up front and nothing shifts once the tools come out on your Spring Hill property.
How can I pay once the job is done?
Card and EFTPOS are both taken on site once the job is done, so you settle up on the day and there is nothing left to post off or chase later from anyone.
How do I book a plumber in Spring Hill?
Ring (07) 3067 4289 and tell us what is happening, and we will set a time that suits, because calling early gives us the best chance of getting a plumber out same-day where we can.
